- Non-Delivery of Product: If due to some technical issues you do not receive the generated image after your payment has been confirmed, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Major Defects: Although all the images are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If the generated image has significant defects, and we are unable to correct it within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund.
- Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchase an image more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchases provided the claim is made within 24 hours of the purchase.
Limitations
- Dissatisfaction: We do not issue refunds for merely being dissatisfied with the result of the generated image. We encourage you to review the description of the service before making a purchase.
- Modification of Generated Image: Refunds will not be provided for issues related to alterations or modifications of the generated image by the user.
